An American Pale Ale which aroma is a combination of new world hops originally grown in the American West Coast and sweet oranges harvested here at the Eastern Algarve, a balanced selection of pale malts and a good pinch of US-05 yeast for a clean and crispy character. It brings the fresh taste of the American summer with all the amazing properties from those famous Portuguese oranges.

 

This collaboration with Chef Jossara Martins from Jossy's The American Burger is the fruit of a visionary project putting together millenary beer tradition and exeptional cuisine expertise.
