 A Golden India Pale Ale where you can taste the Pale Ale malt contrasting with a pleasant “salty-caramel” character. We use a combination of 3 hop varieties to deliver a good balance of bitterness and aroma. Goldings is used as the primary bittering hop, First Gold as a later addition to contribute to the hoppy profile and a good amount of Centennial both at flame out and as dry hopping to add a distinct fruity aroma.
