 Algarvian Sunrise captures the spirit of an endless summer — where the sun rises over the Algarve and sets on the American West Coast, uniting two cultures through flavour.
 

 This American Pale Ale is bright, aromatic, and refreshing. It opens with vibrant citrus notes and a lively hop character, delivering a balanced and approachable profile with a clean, uplifting finish. Its distinctive orange hue reflects both its ingredients and its personality.
 

 Brewed with a selection of pale malts and fermented with a classic American yeast strain, it showcases a blend of New World hops known for their expressive aroma. The addition of locally sourced Algarve oranges introduces a natural sweetness and a fresh citrus complexity, enhancing both aroma and drinkability.
 

 Developed in collaboration with Chef Jossara Martins of Jossy’s The American Burger, Algarvian Sunrise brings together culinary creativity and craft brewing — a beer designed to evoke warmth, freshness, and pure summer energy in every glass.
