Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Senescal Brewery.
The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we have a large volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Cervejaria Senescal is not responsible for any fees and taxes applied to your order. All fees charged during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer (duties, taxes, etc.).
Damage
Senescal Brewery is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during transport. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns
Senescal Brewery does not normally accept returns, but if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to find an alternative solution.
