We use only the finest ingredients, many of them local and regional: sun-dried  figs, carob, orange peels, almonds, negra mole grape, Portuguese coffee, heather flowers and pine needles from our own landscape.

 

No chemicals, no acids, no additives.  

No animal-derived products or by-products — every beer is 100% natural and vegan.
