Middle Way – Belgian Witbier

Rooted in the philosophy of balance, Middle Way explores harmony through flavour, avoiding extremes to deliver a refined and composed drinking experience.

This Belgian-style Witbier is crafted for harmony. Light in body and naturally refreshing, it opens with delicate wheat character and soft Belgian yeast aromas. On the palate, it remains poised and balanced — neither bitter nor sweet, neither overly fruity nor sour — delivering a clean, serene drinking experience from the first sip to the last.

Brewed with a blend of pilsner and wheat malts, Middle Way follows the traditional “blanche” style, while introducing a subtle twist. Instead of the classic orange peel and coriander, we use lime zest and lemongrass, bringing a brighter, more contemporary citrus profile.

A restrained hop combination of Magnum and Cascade supports the beer without dominating it, allowing the gentle acidity of the wheat to shine through. Fermentation is carefully controlled to sit between the expressive profiles of a witbier and a weissbier — avoiding extremes, and capturing a refined balance of soft spice and fresh citrus.

Smooth, nuanced, and quietly distinctive, Middle Way is a modern interpretation of a timeless style — crafted for effortless enjoyment.
